Nestled within the natural topography of Gölköy, this summer houses hotel project redefines the relationship between architecture and landscape. Curved pathways, layered planting zones, and infinity pools that visually merge with the Aegean sea offer guests an uninterrupted connection with nature.
Facade Design: Living the View
The façade is not just about appearance—it’s about framing the experience. Large glass panels open interiors to panoramic sea views, while extended terraces, green roofs, and soft-shaded pergolas offer both privacy and openness. The design flows naturally with the terrain, emphasizing horizontality and visual calm.
Materiality & Atmosphere
A balanced palette of wood, stone, and textured surfaces reflect the surrounding environment. Every material was selected to reinforce a sense of tranquility, comfort, and timeless elegance, with sustainability at the core of every decision.
